Marion P. Church, age 88, of Chicago, passed away Sunday morning, May 29, 2022. She was the beloved wife of the late Ralph E. Church; cherished aunt of Tammy Phillips of FL; dear friend of Nadine Sweeney; loving step-mother of John (Sue) Church of Libertyville, David (Karen) Church of Caledonia, MI, Austin (Marcia) Church of Bellingham, WA, Deborah (Awni) Sarrif of Madison, WI, and Sara Church of Minneapolis, MN She was also preceded in death by her parents, Julius M. and Josephine Pelepchuk, brothers Julius, Jr., William A. “Bill” Phillips, and Mark P. Phillips. Deeply mourned by Canadian Pelepchuk cousins: Nancy Roberts, Dr. Mary Yakimowich and cherished Godmother of Lenora Roberts, all of Edmonton, Alberta; Dr. Carolyn Finlay, Glenn (Erin), Eirik, Aleksi Finlay; Eric (Erika), Keira Finlay; all of British Columbia.
