Luba O. Waszczur-Sandoval Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Luba O. Waszczur-Sandoval, age 43, of Bensenville, passed away Monday night, April 27, 2020. Beloved wife of Jose; proudest mother of Caleb M. Sandoval, age 5, cherished daughter of Marika & Bohdan; fond aunt of Kalyna and Charlotte Hartline; dear niece of Daria (Zenon) Werbowy, Roman (Svitlana) Vaschur, and Miron (Irena) Waszczur; dearest cousin of Sophia Werbowy, Olena (Ryan) Hartline, and Paul and Mike Vaschur; Luba will be remembered as a generous, noble, loyal, and strong woman. She was a proud alumnus of the University of Chicago, and made the Dean’s List. She spent a year in Paris, where she studied French & History. Her name, Luba, means love, and she will always be remembered by the generous love she shared with all. A private Visitation and Funeral Service will be held for the family. Interment will follow at St. Nicholas Cemetery. A live broadcast of Luba's services will be begin at 11:30 a.m. CST on Saturday, May 2, 2020 via https://stjosephukr.com/live-broadcast/. In lieu of flowers for the funeral of Luba Waszczur-Sandoval please make a donation for Caleb’s college fund.
