Anastasia "Anna" Lepak, age 94, of Park Ridge, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2018. Beloved wife of Michael; Loving mother of Olga Pelensky and Kristina Poli; dear mother-in-law of Jeff Snyder; devoted aunt of Larissa, and extended family in Ukraine; dear friend of Daria Drozd.
